Suzzane Engo & Oprah Winfrey Part 4

It’s 2:15am on Saturday, 18 October 2006 – just got home from “Job #3.”
I’ve had one of the “Top 3 Best Day’s” of my entire life.

Once upon a time, a woman took her child to Gandi. And when she arrived with the child, she knocked on the door and asked to speak with Gandi. Gandi invited them into his home. And then, Gandi took the woman into another room. He then asked, “what can I do for you?” And the woman replied, “I would like for you to ask my child to ‘stop eatting sugar.'” Gandi replied, “come back in one week.”

One week later, the woman & the child revisited Gandi’s home. And then, Gandi invited both – the woman & the child into the other room. When the three were seated in the room , Gandi told the child to stop eating sugar. After the child left the room, the woman asked Gandi, “why did you ask me to come back in a week when all you had to do was tell my child to stop eating sugar?’ And Gandi replied, “because I had to stop eating sugar . . .”

Question: So – why am I telling you that story?

Answer: The best way to “teach” is by “example” – “be that servant“

Yet most people will sit on the couch and easily critique a football game.
Lots of us will rat off 300 reasons why the president, the governor, the police officer, the doctor, the postal worker, and the cashier don’t know what they are doing.
With two weeks training – most of us could cycle the Tour De France.
And most all of us know what “our best friend shoulld do …

But what are “we” doing? – Nothing. Cause we’re still sitting on the couch.

So if you feel the need to walk a new path /or/ If you need a breath of fresh air /or/ if you would like to cheer on a fellow athlete & get a few miles in before your “TRI” – GO! Teach by example … . . . . .
