In 2020, due to the Covid Epidemic, yoga teachers across the globe were confronted with reformatting their “in-person” yoga studio experiences into interactive online yoga classes.
.Therefore, with (4) 9ft wooden rods, recycled cardboard, aluminum foil, flood lights. duct tape & wax paper, I created studio lighting. And using my Android phone as my web cam, I began to teach Iyengar Yoga based online classes [from my bedroom].

3 years later, I sharpened my yoga online teaching skills. I acquired professional level studio equipment.
And, I subscribed to video-conferencing software’s paid plan.
Since that time; I have kept the Zoom Workplace online courses rolling.
I invite yoga students to: use the Zoom, Facebook Messenger, Facetime and other videotelephony software programs as an opportunity to absorb knowledge from online courses around the globe.
Whether in Berlin, Amsterdam, London, Paris, San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Melbourne or Athens, the online classes are endless.
