Zoom Online Yoga Classes | San Francisco USA

In 2020, yoga teachers across the globe were confronted with reformatting their “in-person” yoga studio experience into interactive Zoom online yoga classes. 

Therefore, with four 9ft Rods, recycled carboard, aluminum foil, garden lights. duct tape & wax paper, I created studio soft-box lighting. I taped my Android phone to a barstool and used it as the Zoom camera & microphone. And then, I began to teach online yoga [from my bedroom] in San Francisco.

3 years later,  I sharpened my online yoga teaching skills, acquired professional level studio equipment, created a social media production studio, and since that time; I kept the camera rolling.

I invite yoga students to: use the Zoom, Facebook, Facetime & Messenger platforms as an opportunity to witness & absorb the vast knowledge of yoga instructors from around the globe. Whether in Berlin, Amsterdam, London, Paris, San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Tokyo or even Athens, the possibilities are endless.

Newbies, marathoners, couch potatoes, , transatlantic students, cyclist, swimmers & everyone else [including your next door neighbor] are encouraged to attend my online courses.

I’m a graduate of the of Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco 2yr. Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. [2002].
