n 2020, yoga teachers across the globe were confronted with reformatting their “in-person” yoga studio experience into interactive Zoom online yoga classes. 

Therefore, with four 9ft Rods, recycled carboard, aluminum foil, garden lights. duct tape & wax paper, I created studio lighting. And, I used my Andtroid phone as the camera & microphone.

3 years later,  I have sharped my online yoga teaching skills, acquired professional level studio equipment, and I have kept moving forward.

I invite yoga students to: use the online yoga platform as an opportunity to witness & absorb the vast knowledge of yoga instructors from around the globe.

Newbies, marathoners, couch potatoes, seasoned students, cyclist, swimmers & everyone else [including your next door neighbor] are encouraged to attend my Zoom online classes.

• Thursday’s 7:00 – 8:00 pm.
• Tuesday’s 12:00 – 1:00 pm.
• Saturday’s 11:00 – 12:00 noon.
