After approximate 7 year stretch of making yoga accessible to each & every individual regardless of finances, the weekly 10:30am. #Donation #Yoga Class at 66 Sanchez Studio (a.k.a. James Howell Studio) is coming to an end.
On 16 September 2013, I received the following email from the owner’s of the studio:
Dear Studio Renters,
Hope you are enjoying this indian summer.
We have been talking about it with you all for quite some time, but the time is finally getting near – we will be closing down the studio for a period of time, starting on October 21, for renovations.
Impact of the renovations to the studio:
• improved sound isolation between lobby and studio
• structural and seismic retrofit for the entire property
• new restroom with improved access
• new furnace that works
• non-leaking roof
• kitchenette with filtered water
• new skylights with improved sound and heat isolation
Therefore, I invite my yoga students & the yoga community to join in for the closing of an era.
