Free Iyengar Yoga Classes- City Hall – San Francisco

Over the years, I have made a personal commitment to:

1. Preparing my mind & body for the AIDS LifeCycle Event by participating in bike ride – training rides (the first 6 months of each year).

2. Walking a new path and seeing what it brings (the last 6 months of the year)

At the begining of September, I began to teach donation yoga classes on Ocean Beach, San Francisco.

And yesterday, as I was walking past the Mayor’s Office – City Hall – San francisco, I thought of something else I’ve always wanted to do.
How about teaching and doing yoga on the lawn of city hall?. It’s a beautiful spot.

So that’s it. –
No agenda. A practice of “Ahimsa”

Free Yoga at City Hall – San Francisco
10:00am. – 11:30 pm.
(Starting 08 October 2006 – Each Sunday during October 2006 – ).
9:30am Meet: on the steps of City Hall –
10:00am – Yoga on the grass of City Hall
*No mat required – bring a beach towel or blanket.
