With the San Francisco Marathon behind me, I can begin to focus more on promoting the benefits of yoga.

Therefore, following an annual tradition, I invites you to walk away from your comfort zone, to “step out of the box.”  . . .  Instead of practicing Hatha yoga within the safe walls of  your favorite yoga studio – YNOT challenge your sense of Pratyahara (one pointed focus) by bringing your yoga OUTDOORS!

Yeap, it’s time for the annual free outdoor yoga classes. . . . .

Free Yoga Class – Pier 35
