Life in the fast lane of Tony Eason has been simply fantastic. I’m so glad to be in Pasa Robles.<\/p>\n

So what’s up with the audio blog?
Answer: “I have no idea.”<\/p>\n

Over the last two days, I have called that damn audio blog number over 10 times and every time …It’s sends me a busy signal. If anyone can figure out what the hell is going on with that number …..call me and let me know (seriously).<\/p>\n

However, today a very nice man of the crew truck “A,” Bob Frueh, allowed me to use his laptop. So let’s get started.<\/p>\n

AIDSLifecycle – Day One<\/span>
Opening ceremonies was fantastic. There I was excited (and freezing my ass off) im my lovely Fat Tire Gear.<\/p>\n

Cycling buddies – Ciara, Tom, Mr. Rio, Jens, Shiv, Kyle,and myself at the starting line. Chick then rode with us to Santa Cruz.<\/p>\n

Kyle Rich was the first rider into camp. I came in about number 50. It was a great day.<\/p>\n


\"Woody<\/a><\/p>\n

AIDSLifecycle – Day Two<\/span>
Day Two is when the excitement and fantasy ends … . and the real ride begins.<\/p>\n

At 2:00am, our tents became wet ..but it wasn’t the rain . .it was the sprinkling system. Woody spent the night in a wet tent, with a wet sleeping bag, and wet clothing.<\/p>\n

At 4:30am, we all began to re pack for our 6:30am departure.<\/p>\n

Question: My outfit of the day? <\/span>
Answer: Baby Blue <\/span>Soulcraft<\/a> Kit! <\/span><\/p>\n

Mouths were drooling as I arrived to the 6:30am starting line in the baby blue.<\/p>\n


\"Tony<\/a><\/p>\n

Shiv crashed at mile 9 (yet she was okay).
Ciara came in at 4:00pm. Yet, Ciara enjoyed every mile.
Two fellow riders crashed and had to be removed (yet no one died).
Kyle Rich came in as “Number 1.”
I came in around number 40.<\/p>\n

As I ate my dinner, I listened to the stories:<\/p>\n

Tom (above): He’s $4000.00 behind in his rent. And most likely, tom will be evicted when he returns from this journey.<\/p>\n


\"Ciara<\/a><\/p>\n

Ciara (on the left): Is broke yet very happy to be here.<\/p>\n


\"Tony\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Tony (above): I’ve been broke for years. Yet, I know that I’m doing the right thing.<\/p>\n


\"Shiv<\/a><\/p>\n

Shiv: On Day Zero, Shive lost her sun glasses (and can’t afford to purchase a new pair). . . ..
Seeks more employment when she returns to San Francisco.
On Day One, fell off her bike.
On Day Two, the wheel fell off her bike.
She is still gleaming with laughter & happiness.

Question: So why is it that all these “poor” people have the time to contribute to charity? <\/span><\/p>\n
