During the past 3 years of “blogging” – I have interviewed AIDSLifeCycle Participants<\/a>, S.F. AIDS Walk Participants<\/a>, Sports Basement<\/a>, AIDS Prevention Advocate – Barbara<\/a> , Author – Spill Kincaid, witnessed the humane actions of Oprah Winfrey<\/a>, drank Fat Tire Beer<\/a>, rode the hell out of my Soulcraft<\/a>, sang “Whitney Houston” & finished singing with the Queen of Soul – Aretha Franklin . …<\/p>\n

Yet, I have neglected to speak of my core set of friends – the community – “the Sangha.” So let’s continue the tribute to those who make my heart soar; to the people who take that extra step; to the one’s who remove ignorance; to the one’s who empower; and to the one’s who see roses where there are rose and thorns where there are thorns . . . .<\/p>\n

Artist\/Musician – Colin Harris lives on the other side of the eastern wall of my bedroom. Being house mates, we’ve experienced a great deal together. Practicing Aikido, Ju-Jitsu, Judo, Yoga<\/a>, (and then some), Colin Harris possess the lightness of the ninja mixed with a touch of Yoda. And being that he runs with the Retrograde Revolution<\/a>, he knows how to kick back & rock the house!<\/p>\n
