Sixteenth Step:<\/span><\/p>\n

At 22:00 uhr., continuing my Berlin Tour<\/a>, I arrived at Wittenberg Platz<\/a>, to meet my dear friend. \u00a0Upon my arrival to the Axel Hotel<\/a>, I noticed similarities in designs to San Francisco’s “W” Hotel<\/a>. However, my eyebrow rose when I noticed that “all of the employees” were wearing t-shirts that said “HETEROSEXUAL FRIENDLY”.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Possessing an excellent & efficient “heterosexual friendly” service staff, beautiful interior design (yet watch out for the mirrors), king size beds, plasma TVs, On Stage iPod speakers, room service, wi-fi, steam & dry sauna, gym area & and more – I was very impressed. And, I would definitely recommend this establishment to THOSE WHO HAVE MONEY (laugh).<\/p>\n

Seventeenth Step:<\/span><\/p>\n

Arriving at Zimmer #416, I sat with a friend, we began our 14th yr. reunion. And, we spoke of Xmas past. Yet, I was quickly brought to the present moment when Bruno asked me:<\/p>\n

Question:<\/span> Tony, how “do you” stop thinking and remain in the moment? How is it that you can be so calm? And what is yoga<\/a>?<\/p>\n

Answer:<\/span> Although I am not an authority on the subject of yoga, through the use of various forms of yoga, I find my calmness through the use of the exhalation of the breath.<\/p>\n
