Bryan Harrelson‘s teaching style focuses on alignment and breath. A regular meditator he sometimes uses meditation to begin and/or end his classes. Bryan teaches an all levels yoga class that will both make beginners feel comfortable and challenge advanced practitioners. He has 250 Yoga Alliance Certified hours in Ashtanga and is currently enrolled in both an Anusara Immersion and an Anusara Teacher Training with Sianna Sherman and Noah Maze. He has studied under and practiced with Darren Main, Darcy Lyons, and Kenny Graham. Bryan hopes to help people accept and love where they are so that they can begin to move forward.
