I’m a 20-year fitness pro who has enjoyed teaching in popular urban and suburban clubs in New York City and California.
Fitness is all that I do and I love every moment I share with students and clients. Having studied in the Ashtanga system but also enjoy flowing vinyasa formats, I’ve been teaching and practicing Yoga for 15 years, earning my 200 hour teacher’s certification at The Diablo Yoga Center in 2003. I’m also certified by Yoga Fit and SCW.
I teach from foundation while leaving room for personal exploration. I have been boxing since 1996 and continue to learn Ba Gua, (Chinese Boxing) and Qi Gong.”
