Just when you thought, “When is the Fat Tire Beer Bust party?”

The Fat Tire Beer Bust is a fundraiser in support of the San Francisco AIDS Foundation & my involvement with AIDSLifecycle.

AIDSLifecycle is a 545 mile, 7 day, 2,500 cyclist, 400 crew member, caravan traveling on 06 June 2010 from San Francisco to Los Angeles in the fight against the AIDS Pandemic. Each year, I must raise a minimum of $3,000.00 to participate. And each year, I complete the ride knowing I did the right thing.

Well following yearly tradition, the Fat Tire Beer Bust Party takes place the day after KFOG Kaboom.

23 May 2010 – “AIDSLifecycle – Fat Tire Beer Bust – 2010” – 4:00 – 10:00pm.

• New Belgium Brewing Company’s sponsor Ed Dopman will deliver 2 kegs of FAT TIRE BEER (or something from the New Belgium Portfolio of beers).
• Raffle Tickets will be available for various donated items (donate a massage, bike jersey, volleyball, dinner for two, your new/old bike, etc.).

“Best Ring on your Finger” Costume Contest (winner gets $75.00).
a. Wear your most stunning ring “ON YOUR FINGER” (and be creative)
b. Get a digital photo taken by Tony
c. Ring pictures will be posted on Flickr (with the winning details) on 25 May 2010
d. Winner get’s $75.00

• Speakers will blare throughout the house.
• Music depends on the guest.
• DJ’s (or wanna be DJ’s): Burn me a CD of 2 thirty minute segments of your best mix – “I’ll throw it in the soup.”
• No BBQ this year – but get ready to eat, dance & drink.
• BRING FOOD ITEMS FOR THE POTLUCK!
• AIDSLifecycle Donation Box will be IN THE LIVING ROOM –
• Checks should be made out to “AIDSLIFECYCLE”
