Janet MacLeod is teaching this class to acknowledge the 16 year commitment of IYISF AS/TT Alumni Tony Eason (2002) to AIDS/Lifecycle. This year will be Tony Eason’s SIXTEENTH, 545 mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles!

Janet MacLeod has been a Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor for over 20 years, and is currently certified at the Intermediate Junior III level. In addition to teaching public classes in San Francisco, Janet is an instructor in the Teacher Training Program at the IYISF and conducts retreats and workshops worldwide. She continues to study in the U.S. as well as in India with the Iyengar family. She is happy to dedicate her life to the practice, study and teaching of yoga.

AIDS/LifeCycle is a fully-supported, seven-day bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles. It’s a life-changing ride—not a race—through some of California’s most beautiful countryside. AIDS/LifeCycle is co-produced by L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center and San Francisco AIDS Foundation and is designed to advance their shared interest to reduce new HIV infections and improve the quality of life for people living with HIV/AIDS.  100% of the proceeds will be donated to the AIDS/LifeCycle Benefit.

Suggested donation: $40. Any other amount appreciated as well, large or small.
If you are unable to attend and wish to support Tony in reaching the participation fee of $3,000.00, we encourage you to make a donation.
