AIDS/Lifecycle Training Tips

Proper training is the key to experiencing joy while participating in any athletic event. Each feat requires a different set of physical, physiological, and mental skills – a training program for swimming or boxing will be quite different from one designed to improve your baseball skills.  Also remember this bike tip – road cycling requires a high amount of endurance  cycling training before one can successfully tackle a 545 mile, 7 day bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles – SO START PEDALING !!   [And don't forget to cross train].
