Sanskrit Words - Yoga -

The word yoga originates from the Latin word 'yoke' that means to join and Sanskrit root word 'yuj' which means to unite. Therefore, yoga is a discipline that truly integrates mind, body and spirit.  Man is the microcosm and the universe is the macrocosm and he is interposed between heaven and earth. Yoga is about one's inward journey to know oneself. For that is the only path to learning, understanding and acknowledging others."
